According to the "Telegraph" report, Tottenham can recover 125 million pounds of funds through the terms of the PBP (Project Big Picture) reform plan.
The PBP plan can help big clubs continue to develop and grow and subsidize clubs to repair or rebuild their stadiums. If the club has played in the Premier League for at least 12 of the past 15 years, they will be able to apply for subsidies of up to £250 million.
In addition, if the club has played in the Premier League for 8 of the past 10 years, they can apply for a grant of up to £150 million. Four out of ten years in the Premier League can apply for grants of up to 100 million pounds.
Tottenham, Liverpool and other clubs will all benefit from the terms. Tottenham will be able to recover 125 million pounds of it, and Liverpool will be able to recover 30 million pounds of it. Their previous expansion is expected to cost 60 million pounds.
